Former National Football League Player Antonio Brown Files Not Guilty Response in Attempted Murder Case

Ex- NFL star Antonio Brown is returning to Miami to address an attempted murder charge related to a gunfire that happened in May, as his lawyer entering a not guilty declaration on his behalf.

Jail documents in Essex, New Jersey, reveal that Brown was freed on Tuesday early for his transfer to Florida. Brown, one of the most popular players in the National Football League, had waived extradition to Florida from New Jersey, where he was held after being arrested in Dubai.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, said in an communication that he has earlier submitted a documented not guilty response to the attempted murder allegation. Brown could be in a Miami court as soon as Wednesday morning for a bond hearing, Eiglarsh stated.

According to his detention order, Brown is charged of grabbing a handgun from a protection guard after a public figure fighting bout in May and firing a couple of rounds at a individual he had confronted with before.
